This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipping fees, delivery times, customs duties, and what happens if an order is lost, delayed, or returned. General

Fiveluxx is a global fashion & beauty store with products stocked in international warehouses across Europe, the UK, USA, and Asia. We are well aware that the waiting time for your products to arrive at home can feel long, and our shop promise assures that we will do our best with every single shipment to minimize such waiting as much as possible. In general, we initiate and prepare your shipment(s) within 12–48 hours from the time of order confirmation.

For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Fiveluxx to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Fiveluxx may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g., customs broker). The consignee will pay the import taxes & duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods.

Ensure Correct Address

To ensure timely delivery, please enter your address accurately with correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information if applicable. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect address details.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our warehouse by the carrier. Depending on several factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) to process, while most orders are processed within 12 to 48 hours.

After your payment is authorized and verified, Standard orders can still take up to 4 business days, Expedited orders up to 3 business days, and Rush orders up to 1 business day to process. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing

Please allow between 12 to 48 hours to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way. You will also receive several updates about the progress of your shipment, and you can always track it in your Fiveluxx Customer Account.

Delivery Policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. Fiveluxx does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as β€œDelivered” by the carrier, but such cases will be reviewed individually.

Delivery Claims

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: claims can take up to 30 days to complete depending on the carrier. Fiveluxx does not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and refund your original payment method for the missing item(s).

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, Fiveluxx reserves the right to require customers to use a β€œcommon” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, Fiveluxx reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of β€œwardrobing”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity

Similarly, Fiveluxx reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity due to similar actions as noted above.

Shipping Fees & Estimates

Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Fiveluxx.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges plus the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for orders over 50 EUR (or equivalent) to delivery points in Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland) and most European countries (excluding Malta and Cyprus). Free shipping is also available to North America for orders over 150 EUR (or equivalent).

Store Pickup

Not available with Fiveluxx.
